User Content & Comments

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish. PickyPear does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-submitted content.
PickyPear reserves the right to review, remove, edit, or restrict any content that is considered inappropriate, offensive, harmful, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
Creator Rewards & Monetization
PickyPear may provide monetization features for creators who upload tools, blogs, or other eligible content.
Creators may earn reward points based on engagement metrics, including but not limited to:
- Views
- Likes
- Comments
- Shares
- User interactions
Reward points do not represent real-world currency unless officially approved or converted by PickyPear.
PickyPear reserves the right to modify, pause, limit, suspend, or terminate the rewards system at any time without prior notice.
Wallet System
PickyPear may provide wallet functionality for managing creator balances, promotional credits, or monetization earnings.
Wallet balances may be used for:
- Promoting tools or blogs
- Boosting content visibility
- Accessing premium platform features
PickyPear reserves the right to review, freeze, remove, reverse, or restrict wallet balances in cases involving fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, technical issues, or policy violations.
Fraud & Platform Abuse
Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating platform engagement through:
- Fake views or likes
- Bots or automated traffic
- Spam activity
- Artificial engagement systems
- Misleading or deceptive behavior
Violation of these policies may result in:
- Removal of earned rewards
- Wallet restrictions
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent platform bans
Content Ownership & License
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to PickyPear.
By submitting content to the platform, users grant PickyPear a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, promote, feature, and market the submitted content across the platform, social media, and marketing channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or third-party rights.
Content Liability
PickyPear shall not be held responsible for any user-generated content published on the platform.
Users agree to protect and defend PickyPear against claims arising from content they publish, share, or distribute through the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Impersonate individuals or companies
- Spread malware, spam, or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems
- Exploit platform vulnerabilities or loopholes
Service Modifications

Termination
